Roger Nail's practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on cases involving personal injury, products liability and professional malpractice.

Mr. Nail has represented clients, including corporations and individuals, in a wide range of civil matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States . He has represented clients in product liability, professional malpractice, anti-trust, real estate, consumer protection and consumer fraud matters, commercial disputes and criminal matters in federal and state courts.

Mr. Nail joined Goza & Honnold in 2005 after working at the national law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP.  Prior to his employment at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, Mr. Nail was a prosecuting attorney in St. Louis, Missouri where he represented the people of Missouri against felony offenders.

Mr. Nail is a native of Jefferson City, Missouri and currently lives in Johnson County, Kansas , with his wife Molly, and their two sons.
